just the elliptical to get warmed up and break a nice sweat

Core/Strength 25:00 [3]

Jumping rope is a good exercise! Got the heart rate up and it was hard to keep it up. Really got my calfs burning kind of like when you are running up a hill.

the exercise went like this
2:00 on and the 30sec off and i did this 5 times.

then lots of core
