Orienteering race (Harvesters) 59:13 [4] 6.9 km (8:35 / km)

A relay leg 1, was one of the few that went left, should have gone right because I lost about a minute to the fastest, then tried to simplify to 4, and got the wrong path, so lost about 2 more minutes, then tried to take safe routes for the next few and ended up running on my own for a while. Caught back up with a group coming towards the spectator control, then missed the path out of it, so fought through the brambles, and then missed a junction just before the last control so popped out in the car park and had to run back down the hill slightly. A bit scrappy and lost about 5 mins in total, so would have only been 11 mins down.

Orienteering (Dore Urban) 46:56 [3] 8.0 km (5:52 / km)
shoes: New balance 760

Slow plod round Dore, only a few bits of the area were reasonable, the rest was just dead running. enjoyed the small twisty bits that happened every so often, didn't feel very fast, but no mistakes.

Running 8:00 [5] 1.7 km (4:42 / km)
max:199 shoes: New balance 760

Max Heart rate test for tour, trial run of the new makeshift watch strap, think my heart rate on this isn't y true max as I have gone a lot higher before.

From the Church Inn, Mobberley, suprised it wasn't actually much further than some of the others, even though this one was incredibly flat. the only hills were around the runway tunnel.

Running warm up/down (Harriers) 20:00 [3] 3.0 km (6:40 / km)
shoes: New balance 760

Loop round the park to warm up, then 5 mins around the track to warm down.

Running (3km time trial) 12:00 [3] 3.0 km (4:00 / km)
shoes: New balance 760

Was going to use it for the cairngorm data, but didn't get somebody else to time it and the fact I managed to get bang on 12 mins looks a bit faked, will have another go next week.
