never log cycling as it isnt proper training unless done right but went for a proper ride as i wasnt motivated to go for a run and wanted a rest and with seeing the olympic was feeling

new pb again, 17:14. been telling myself all day i was going to run a new time, still feel i can go quicker and get my sub 17 soon just need a course with no sharp turns

harriers felt crap but HR was still pretty low but worked out it was because i had a big pizza 2 houra before but was very doughy so had a heavy tummy still kept the pace but at the rear of the group was a fastish run but would have been alot easy without the pizza!
