easy off road run insearch of some hills to do hill reps on so went along into the valley but out towards the chester along towards the railway line and the rivers, no major hills but a few small step hills with some long slopes at the top, but found a nice undulating muddy off road section which was good and then another steep 30 second section along with the normal valley road route. was out for about 1 and a half hours but had to get though head high grass and crops and then checking out hills so running time was only 43
