shutlingsloe fell race

first ever fell race, was a nice race. was suprised after 10 seconds in when i was in the front back and then heading up the first climb in 4th next to both toms then its got steep and rough going so just fighting the pain waiting for the top and then the downhill!! came 7th about a minute behind the winner and 30/40 seconds behind tom and tom good first fell race :)

harriers, large group split up then dad cut back on his own without me seeing so turned back to catch him up took about 3.5k to get him and was going pretty quick to get him so had a long effort

hard 3k as half the group went down the wrong lane following another group so had to catch up 500m as they werent stopping so everyone was dead and then they speed up when we got there so few of us went for a slow run, which was good as i was slightly feeling the weekend! also 2 exams today so just a nice run :)
