got up early and went but right foor blister hurt little bit and meant was running funny on that foot so gonna rest running until havester and tour and scottish!

looking at scottish 6 days map and random maps on world of O working on route choice and attackpoints! going for a run tomorrow might try get a new 3k/5k time for tour or just a steady jog too check some a small wood out near my house which could be used for terrain intervals or even orienterring depends if there any features and worth mapping for local training.

run with chris around the back of my estate in the feilds, half way down moss lane down the footpaths checked out some werid roman moat thing of the map over the railway of the old bridge right down past warmingham then more footpath but some where shut due to the new water pipe been put in so longer way along warmingham road then back on the footpath to the 2nd iron bridge down the dog walkers feild and on the back of the esate and slow jog down the sand path back home! :D
