did okay couple small mistakes along with a 5 minute one at the end. pleased and not pleased but went well on some bits just one big mistake and couple little ones

another cheshire talented sports thing

pretty pointless this time. a slideshow about goal setting nothing new and a lesson about core streching lead by some big women which wasnt that good as i know most off them :/

back to proper training this week :D
