CSC at watergrove SELOC

havent had a good week last week so wasent in the right state of mind and had forgoten about the race due to crewe v vale and the rest.

had a good start to 1 and 2 took the harder route to 3 as it would test my navingation which i found easy, found 4 fine messed up 5 due to werid symbols on the map and hannah set of before me and i seen her at 4 when going past and she cought me back up so got distrated. then messed up the next 2-3 controls and lost around 4-5 minutes. average run nothing to worry about though!

coach was away today so had left us the crapy sprints 100x4 then 200 flat and 4 more 100s. sp me and rich did are own long distance session speedy up as we went though resulting in us sprinting the last 400m flat out racing :D

interval run ran out up to bentley for 1.5k then started intervals of on and off sprinting for around 200-300m. really hard work but very good session :D

looks like the worlds just trying to stop me running all the time, have a break for xmas and skiing then get work to do then this happens. looks like its all going to good tho in the next couple of days :D so training has re-started today and i plan on training like in did in september up until xmas getting 2 althletics sessions running home from aleast 1 hopefully both which adds another 5k and a long ish run on wednesdays and maybe a short slowish run on mondays like today and racing at the weekend or running if no races. the targets are still set the same and still well in view just going have to go all in from now on!

easy run, 5k ish just getting back into my stride due to running little over xmas and twice last week. atm i feel slower but not dieing, after 3 weeks i think i will be back to were i left off which was rather quick.
