up moss lane across the feild to the railway then slipped over a bridge across a ditch and my arm got wrapped round this wooden post and grazed bt bicep and slighty cut it not too bad now but brusied abit! anyway so cut the run short and jogged back but then decided do a loop of the dog feild at the back of my house to add another 10 minutes :)

great first 4 controls in working ride forest plus clearing really fun and navigated perfect! great run until 16 had leg straight though green and 17 just pareel area came out to recolte from inside the green but was on wrong parrell path. 2nd. should have again beaten zac by 4 minutes at least and 10 overall combined.

crap run caught 3 minutes up on by 5 good start on moor though! small mistake of 4 due to scale and messed 6 up in crappy fight woods with rides, but it was wr! 4th should have beat zac and french kid by 5 minutes.

WR sprint had just arrived put the tent up in the rain and was drenched so went then instead of waiting was rather dark in the forest but was running well lost 1.45 on 17 due to thick green which would have been fine in daylight! recoken i would have got around 11.30 if i had have done it on saturday. also missed a control out in the maze!

Capricorn 2011 3 hour score event

Ran round with Mike, was great fun was mostly on little trails though the moor or bigger tracks but was still moody in places, ran 27km furthest ever i most have ran without stopping steady pace most the way round with the odd stop for a drink or a quick snack to keep us going!

steady run then at random points down moss lane i just did 150m sprints as intervels then carry on running at the same pace as before, did this 4 times and just ran the rest, was running slow just getting some running and keep the legs going!

also done alot of planning for my reaseheath event :)

Recovery run, first run back from 2 weeks of running every day in scotland! was hard at first leg felt werid but was fine just had a jog with my dad back training now:-)
