one of the worst training sesh ever but seem as i am only just all good again probs good to do a short sesh today.

rich says where doing 150 at a jog and 150 flat with a 5 min rest inbetween :O and i just started laughing :Pand hes goes you laugh now but youll need it never did :/ easy should have had 1.30 min rest at max. my cold sorted of stoped my training as i was just getting the flow but with chritmas and the school ski trip over boxing day to new year ill only be doing althletics 2 times a week and then will get back into after new year, but might be buyin a tread mill for my house so when i am bored but dont want to run outside i can just run inside :D

Tour De France style with it been spilt up into 6 races starting at the bottom of the area with a uphill sprint and then a x-crountry style run and then some exercises race up the woods onto the moor and around the top for at bit then down hill

swimming had to 800 in 25 mins did it about 21/22 so not bad. just did steady breststroke all the way though

snowy run really good went straight from school had started snowing again and was coming quite hard which was good fun to run in. ran out in the country side so out along the sand path for 500m down the railway path though the fields and down the railway workers road back out to moss lane ran to the end of there which is shut due to road works so had 4k in pure ice and snow which was fun but was mostly on the side bits were it was deep back down moss lane and along to the 2nd iron bridge down the path and back down the workers road again and along moss lane for the last bit back on to the estate.

was feeling good and could have kept going for more but was happy with and was one of the best run of the year due to the snow and feeling good. was going steady pace all the way though as the snow and ice made it hard in places espacilly the ice so could be quicker :P
