So not much to write up about the past weekend really. I spent all week thinking about it and couldn't come up with much.
A few errors here and there. Mostly due to rushing and not giving myself time to check my bearings, read the map properly, properly pick all the attackpoints along my route.
But overall I was quite happy with how it went. I finally felt fit again. It certainly felt like a victory to win the middle and the long.
But the biggest victory for me was feeling the rush from racing well after possibly being sidelined for life.
I've learned a lot of life lessons from orienteering. I think the moral of this evolving story is to always push on so as long you're enjoying the process as a whole.
Yeah, maybe that's it.
