Running intervals 1:00:00 intensity: (44:30 @3) + (15:30 @5) 11.8 km (5:05 / km) +32m 5:01 / km

Second set of pain-free intervals I've had in years. Feeling excited.

Still a bit slow. But I can also feel the speed coming back.

Workout was 4x1000 @3:10-3:25 on 3 min recovery + 2x400 @70-75 on 2 min recovery.
