Orienteering race 1:34:35 intensity: (25:40 @1) + (18:31 @2) + (29:05 @3) + (19:03 @4) + (2:16 @5) *** 7.4 km (12:47 / km) +380m 10:10 / km

Red course on the Star Village map. 6.6k, 290m. Rocks everywhere! Some trails were hard to see in the terrain, particularly on the south hillside. Had a pretty good run, although a lot of it was walking due to rockiness combined with steepness of the hills (descents through rocks being a bit scary at times). Found all the controls where I expected them to be but unfortunately three of the epunch boxes didn’t record, including the one at the end of the 2k long leg. Nice day for running around in the woods - 50s and mostly sunny.

Saucon Rail Trail, Thomas Iron Site trails and roads further north to Saucon Park, parking at Water St. in Hellertown. Sunny and about 70F. Took it pretty easy for most of the ride, just exploring some areas I hadn't been to before. Rode a little harder in the last two miles on the rail trail and some single track in the Thomas Iron Site.
