Trails at Jacobsburg SP from the parking area at the north end of the park. Was signed up to do a 5k race at Grings Mill Park but it got postponed because the course was under water (apparently they need to release water from the dam at Blue Marsh). We were about halfway there when I checked email and found out about the postponement. So, time for Plan B. At least we got out fairly early, but it was still about 80 and somewhat humid. Sat in Sober’s Run afterwards for about 15 minutes, which felt wonderful.

Red trail at Green Lane Park from parking lot on Knight Rd. where Red and Blue trails meet. Trail mostly along Green Lane Reservoir after crossing the reservoir on Knight Rd. bridge. Mostly gravel or mowed grass trail, some dirt trail but all pretty tame. About 80 and humid at the start, light sprinkles followed by a rain shower, then sunny (and downright steamy). Accidentally stopped the watch for a couple minutes when I meant to take a split so adjusted time and distance.

Sprint 1 at Wilson Farm Park. Straightforward sprint set by AJ. Park is mostly open fields with a network of paved trails. Hot - sunny and 80s with some humidity. Basically redlined for the whole thing (used SIAir card, so no stopping for rest while punching controls).

Sprint 2 at Wilson Farm Park, by AJ. A few more route choices than Sprint 1 but still a redline the whole way.
