Red course at Earl's Trails. Very nice course set by Phil making good use of all the challenges of the area (big hills, complex trail network, and areas of rock and contour detail). Plenty of route options on even the shorter legs. Woods are fairly open amd visibility was good even with leaves mostly out. And the weather was just about perfect, 60s, sunny and low humidity.

One big error, on the first control, and several smaller misses mostly in or near the circle. Probably 10-12 minutes of "bonus time" on the course. Was fairly successful keeping track of (about) where I was among the complexity of trails. Fortunately, few if any new trails have appeared since the area was mapped. Straight line distance 6.8km, 330m climb.

Thanks to Phil for setting the courses (and lugging water out onto them) and Jim P for running the epunch.

Still feeling some Billygoat effects in the feet and legs so "biked" rather than run. Skipped Pilates today because there was a sub.
