Event: NEOC: Townsend State Forest

Orienteering race 1:43:00 [4] *** 8.76 km (11:45 / km) +135m 10:55 / km
spiked:6/13c shoes: Jalas - sz 10
NEOC event at Townsend SF - Red course. 6.3km SL.
Abysmal. Distracted by upcoming A-meet stuff so not focused. Found the mis-hung control (never got to where it was supposed to be). Great weather (sunny, 60's). Woods kind of junky with widely varying visibility.
Hope I do better tomorrow placing stands at Pineridge. :-)
