shoes: Hoka Rapa Nui Tarmac 1st pair
Another hills run with Wil. This time with a map and route outlined, as opposed to running blind which we did three weeks ago. Held a good pace until about the 23k mark and then deteriorated, esp with some big hill walks. Got off course and off the map in the end but found some nice tracks and paths in the process. Got the proper world of pain feeling towards the end.
My sore right foot held up really good and is even feeling better for it today (the day after). The hoka shoes worked really well. Hips and lower back a bit stiff.
