Anagach O -event but just went for a run in terrain and paths (started with good intentions of doing a lot of terrain but got ground down and bailed to paths for second half :-)
Legs pretty tired from past 2 days.
Wood is so lovely, but heather is getting taller and taller... esp in south part which used to be grazed a long time ago!

Lovely session in the warmth of a peasant day. Some good discussion about contours and contour only maps.

7x2+1 round cow-shit alley and bull-evard. Pushed too hard of No 2 (it started steeply uphill and suffered on next couple!)
Glad to get it done. wasn't looking forward to it but was OK once going.

Usual wood line to fields then left after gate to bottom - started at low point :-) Quite a good loop, apart from a couple of gates... might well do it again.

To Kinker to post letter then back via riverbank and loop out Deeside Way to railway and back via paddle across the Dess Burn. Lovely hot sunny day and took steady - felt pretty good.

Picking up last control from ScotJOS weekend - I had placed in on wrong side of knoll - my bad!
Legs felt good but struggling up the hills as usual. Tooth root slightly sensitive but no bleeding so I guess it has heeled over adequately.
