Up to check point SW of Bynack Lodge (did it months ago) due to cloud being down and generally crap weather which stopped the idea of Braeriach etc points trek. Possibly just as well ‘cos feeling fairly sluggish.

Back to Linn of Dee, working hard but well behind S & JS.
DWeast, pine avenue, cross A93 at corner, river bank, steep bank, Dess loop back riverbank and home via DW west. Really warm and humid. River very low, bored looking fishermen.
2 schools (plus extra in one). Lovely sunny day up north

Wee grovel up Tap o’ Noth - track from car park instantly ramps up at a ridiculous angle :-) just about warmed up by top (23mins) stop to take in the views for 10 mins or so then jog down (14mins).
Wander along to Aboyne first thing to pick up car (had forgotten about it on return from Aviemore yesterday). Warm morning so good to try to ease out various aches from yesterday. Bit of tree branch lopping (just the handsaw) Cutting the felled tree into logs is gonna be a long job!
