Hills in Potties Wood. Up from big track to first hill of main ridge.
starting every 2-15, 48, 49, 51, 48, 50, 50, 49, 49, 49, 47. Extra minute between 6 & 7.
Pleased at consistency, gradually got harder as the session progressed. Legs a bit sore after - but in a good way.

north track to start and back along ridge and south track then wee cut through to main track. Nice weather till last 5 mins... got well wet.
