Stable Yard to fit of Mount Keen and back. 45/31 (headwind on return).
Track not in great condition, awful bumpy, estate doing a terrible job of repairing it.
Note - revised time when I realised my arithmetic was well dodgy!

Mount Keen, up/down no stops. 38/24. Too windy and wet at top for a stop, touched cairn and went.

from lay-by to Loch Kinord and back

Swimming 11:00 [2]

Loch Kinord, left home in sun but cloudy and windy over the loch (rain come on just after). Water was pretty baltic but persevered. Still feeling chilled 45mins later...

Peters Hill from Feughside with S and BS. Struggling on descent - not trusting knee so taking it really careful. Always aware of it but never any bad tweaks or twists. Cold and wet/windy on the top - a change from last week!
First exercise starting away from home for more than 2 months.

home - Aboyne - south side - Birse loop - Corsedarder - Finzean - Shooting Greens to Potties - home. Pleasant ride out, pushing the hills, spitting occasionally then rain came on fairly steady at Potties so a long effort from there.

Mortlich via Aboyne loch, back via low hill. Legs felt a bit empty at start but kept plodding along.

To Potties and back Took the Mountain bike and really enjoyed it, much softer ride than the roadie.
Stopped off at village shop for some goodies on the way back :-)

Swimming 10:00 [2]

Lovely dip at Potties - deserted when I got there but soon after a group of about 8 people arrived and then some more on other bank.
Making the most of the warmth, did a few up/down stream swims, hard work against the current!

Dess Woods, long track from beyond waterfall to turning area and up to near high point. 2 sets 5x1+1. Scorching hot and first part was in open peeled area = roasting. Felt OK on first set and managed = = +5m +5m +15m for the second set. Pleased with it. Knee was fine on uphills, felt it a bit tweaky on descent between sets (about 4 mins jog down plus wee recovery).

Out through felled area to top gate, fields, double wall, christmas trees, and back past Iain's. Nothing much after, just a jog home and lap of garden.
