Deeside Way to edge of Kinker and back with S. Nic space. Left calf fine but knee feeling tight and not quite right.

Pressendye with S, RB & BS. Cloudy on top. Seemed awful steep and harder work than it should be. Maybe this weeks short sharp runs have done something...
Left knee/calf not 100% but never badly painful. Stiff after.

Note

90 mins moving logs from woods to chopping pile. Lots of bending, lifting and carrying.

Escorted a group of S2 boys, bit of a faff, 2 keen and competent, other 4 not competent but cocky...
Anyhoo, 4 went off wrong way despite my advice, got lost, one fell over and bashed knee... Karma ;-) Eventually found them and got them back in time for bus.

WeTT at Coull, jog to start/from finish

WeTT, line course Coull. Started cleanly and mostly managed to keep good contact. Realised I was into longer loop so cut corner across blank bit of map, managed to relocate OK. Struggling a bit in grassy areas but OK when I could see the ground.

"easy" run with E from home to ILPH road loop. Had to cut short 'cos being utterly destroyed by pace. Left calf started aching after about 25 mins.
Seeing physio next Tuesday so hope to get some insight into problem - possibly coming from left knee.
