Reverse Balmoral 10km route. Started at front chatting to one guy (turned out he hadn't ru the last 2 days because of a cold) and he upped the pace immediately. Did my best to rein him in a little but he eventually disappeared off the front and I stuck to the next few runners. Still fairly pacey but felt comfortable with it and managed a few surges to catch front runners at critical times.
pleased with run - right leg felt good throughout.
