4 hours pulling up weeds, and big bonfire (decided it is the only way to get rid of the bracken, nettles and sticky-willy for good).

Lochnagar, guiding a couple on a running holiday for RtH.
pleasant day - cold wind but rain stayed off and cloudy only for a short while as we approached the summit.
Slow on climb and descent, but tired enough by end!
Guests were chuffed to reach the top - they have never done anything like this before.

rest day - travel to Edinburgh to pick up E after visit to grand parents. Grass needed cutting so did that after tea on return.

1.5 hours sawing, splitting and stacking logs - back and right hip a bit twitchy by end.

Deeside Runners - Glen Tanar, 2 bridges loop with 6x2+1. Not feeling great - struggling with breathing, felt like I was running out of oxygen at 1-30 or so. Still good to get a faster session into my legs.

2 bridges loop. Really struggling after intervals, getting slower and slower - partly lack of food I think.

First stretching for a long time.

Hanging QR codes for Mobo at Creag Choinnich. Going OK in terrain and leg muscles feeling OK, but breathing still a bit rough - remnants of chest infection still hanging in there.
