Hanging last 3 controls at Balmoral.

Jog to start of training at Balmoral with Swedes and then a loop on paths through the woods - trying to spot them o-ing, failed to see any so headed back to cars.

Hanging controls - short of time so pushing hard. Legs not great up hills but Balmoral is so inspiring it was fun.

Morven 1+1 hill session. Got to near rocky top above plateau. Legs not great at stsart but warmed into it. Decided not to head on up to top as control hanging tomorrow and didn't want to be a complete mess legs wise.

Round Dess Woods with E (on his bike, so I was left for dead!). had planned to go to Deeside Runners but E's piano over-ran by 30 minutes (basically double normal time - for free!).

Easy potter round Hill of Banchory, lovely morning.

1 hour surveying - easy wander round checking a few bits and pieces and control sites for permanent posts.

After-school running club, a bit of easy running and one push up a hill (to get to the "turning point" for the kids race! Legs felt pretty meh....
