Intervals, 8x2+1, Deeside Way west of home. Not feeling great leg-wise, but persevered and session was OK. Disappointed that last was shorter than first (reverse of same route). Possibly because uphill or into wind or just getting knackered.

Extra pilates session due to missing 2 following weeks (Run Across Scotland and SEDS training camp). Different group, foam rollers rather than big balls and seemed a much easier session overall, time flew past. Very pleasant.
