Glen Tanar loop guiding for RtH. Pleasant paced run on a cool slightly damp day - but ideal for running.

Jogging round to pick up a few markers at the end of coaching session.

stretching 10:00 [1]

steady run 2:35:00 [3]

Balmoral, guiding for Running the Highlands. Easter Balmoral, Ripe Hill loop and west to green bridge and barbecue hut, back via main track, past castle. Weather - cool but bright, even occasional blinks of sunshine. Right foot fine for run, legs got a bit tired and feet sore by end, but remarkably unscathed. Plenty of red deer down low (unusual at this time of year - due to cold weather recently) and a red squirrel next to the castle.

steady run 57:00 [3]

Lap of Loch Davan with Ben, first run with him since his op - going pretty well, lovely day, sunny and little breeze. Right foot pretty good and legs definitely recovering from last weekend.

Victory Hall, Tarland Way, through to Aboyne Castle then round golf course in edge of Coull map, back across golf course. Legs feeling quite a bit better than yesterday. Might survive the weekend after all.
