Glen Dye event, Brown 8.2km Feeling tired at start and really had to focus to keep running later on. No major errors and just a couple of wobbles - felt well in control technically, just couldn't run fast enough. Blaeberries were utterly amazing - never seen so many so big, must go back next week to pick a few kilos.

Checking controls for Urbanevent at Balgownie. Feeling rubbish after about 10 minutes - maybe too early. maybe ate/drank too much last night.

Intervals hills 10:00 [5]

Hill session 10x1+1 with partial descent between. Track in Dess Wood from DAP to top gate and then one up to near top of hill on powerline ride.
Legs a bit tired but working on knee lift and quick legs. Decent session.
