Easy run round the houses delivering newsletter, Ewan along on his bike. Humid day - cleared up later into nice afternoon.

Cycle with Sarah and Ewan from Shooting Greens to Banchory and back. stop for tea and cakes at cafe in Banchory. A bit of a dreich day but not too much actual rain - just lots of water and mud on tracks....

With Sarah, down Deeside Way, turned right past DAP then left at Lumphanan cross roads, back over to Boddomend and back along Deeside Way. Feeling tired but OK. Very humid, completely soaked in sweat by end.

Surveying 4.5 hours, wet vegetation again....

Hill Race race 22:00 [5]

Deeside Runners time trial up Gaellaig hill. Started near back but all pretty bunched together, caught all apart from Steph and Allan Smith motored past near the top. Please with effort and feeling fairly good in left side.

steady run warm up/down 40:00 [3]

Decent warm-up - about 12 mins then some shorter bits, easy run down hill was 19 mins. Legs feeling OK, nothing too sore.

Too late and tired for full set - did the left side exercises.

Surveying 7 hours - wet undergrowth in morning & showers in afternoon. Very wet by end.

With Sarah down to riverbank and along towards Kinker, back up to Deeside Way. Very pleasant run.
