Note

Surveying 6 hours. Slipped off bike on icy track - nothing hurt too badly, but right buttock stared tweaking after 3 hours. Need to ice it and take tennis ball this weekend.

DNC 6 Raemoir. Actually enjoyed Raemoir!!! Dusting of snow made the forest more attractive, but also helped to show up brashings and other grot! Pretty clean run, a couple of wee wobbles but probably only missed 1 min in total.

Surveying 6 hours - plus 5 hours driving - Moray roads are SHIT - iced over, apparently no attempt to grit them. Various cars off road!.
