Collecting a few controls- pushing to keep moving in terrain. Much recovered compared to yesterday.

Hanging controls at Dalliefour for Maroc junior training. Started steadily, but had brain collapse about half way round - and mis-placed 2 controls then got slower and slower. Out for nearly 2 hours in total.....

With Sarah up Pressendye from Tarland. 24x1+1 on hill. Really struggling early on - had a bite of energy bar after 10 and managed to keep going, but really lacking fuel - should have had more breakfast. Great day apart from light shower near top - clear and sunny.

Warm up from centre of Tarland to foot of steeper climb and grovel back down hill from top.

Intervals 5x4+2 with Sarah while Ewan at tennis. Victory Hall to east across golf course and onto Deeside Line. Towards Dess then back up track to Mortlich and back through woods and golf course.
