Glen Tanar, 5x4=2 - the traditional set! Only Sarah and I doing it (paced by Ewan on his bike) - others all wimped off for a 6x2 plus a few hills.
Feeling a bit tired at start, but first 2 were strong, got a bit of breathing problems on 3 and 4/5 were just hard. Good session and felt easy in the head which is great.

Warm up/down and between intervals. Struggling at end with sore quads, must be lack of speed sessions for quite a while.
