Rogie, Brown course. Legs a bit tired and went 2-8-3!!! mostly O-ing well but abit lacking in focus. One control in wrong place - didn't waste much time.

With Sarah round Learney Hill then back from Torphins to home via roads and woods (very squidgy in places!). Feeling pretty good for most of run - legs tightened up a bit near end.

Learney Hill - road parallel to main road north from Torphins, 5x4, jog back recovery - and starting every 8 minutes. Starated steadily, 4th interval a bit tough and 5th very tough. Good session. Rain held off again. Calf fine and knees feeling pretty good.
