Intervals hills 16:00 [5]
Cistern track with Sarah, 4x4+4 (no not a Land-Rover), 4 mins up, jog down, start every 8 minutes x 4. Not enthusiastic as rain had just started, but set off and first one felt pretty awful, at end of second I felt a tiny pin prick of pain in my calf...... started third and calf was OK, so did 4th. Can feel a tired ache in calf after - but a healthy ache!
Good session, but need a lot more to get strength and speed back!
