cycling 1:09:00 [4]

Home to Shooting Greens via Deeside Way and back via loop to Slewdrum and out at halfway on hill. Hard work up the big hill and pushing on return as well - into wind. Good loop - must do it regularly as a decent test of bike fitness. Knees a bit achy at times on serious uphills, but fine after - probably a good way to get some hard work with no irritation.

stretching 12:00 [1]

steady run 1:10:00 [3]

With Sarah from Braeloine car park to north and east. Not feeling good, legs tired, calf a bit achy and also very cold - snowing on the hills around. Best a run to forget - and the area, though it has some lovely bits of forest also has some utter sh1t plantation and broom/gorse.
