Dess Woods - in terrain, checking thinning work and Deeside Way route. Legs feeling very heavy, plodded round.

Dalbeattie SOL Short Brown. Tired and not inspired, 2nd control in wrong place - checked for 2 mins then headed off. Led race from start with Paddy W 2nd - but feeling dreadful - tired, heavy legged, uninspired.

A fair bit of easy running and following Ewan in a few drills, but didn't help legs!

Hanging controls at AC & GD. Nice day - avoided showers & feeling good in terrain and strong legged.

JK Relay, Newtyle Hill, running last leg on M120+ class. Hard run - missed No 2 by following new made "path" rather than one mapped, lost ca 1-20 here. After this no real errors, a few hesitations and slow in some places reading quarries etc. Saw Rob H late on and worked very hard to catch him. Please with effort and mostly in control.

Bit of easy running and a few faster bits, legs feeling pretty tired.
