Group run to moors above Loch Meiklie, Glen Urquhart. Struggling - legs tired and right big toe very tender. Lots of snow on heather and got caught near end in a real blatter of snow.

Collecting controls - last one already in - spent 5 mins checking and re-checking!

Plodda - with group, Josh, Callum, Ewen, Roger and Paul. Map run, taking turns to lead legs. Fantastic area, but very, very wet. Gradually got darker - heavy clouds and light snow. Cut out one control but still 7km of O. Great session.

Legs feeling pretty tired after rest of week.

Gym session, Lunges (left knee complaining), sit-ups, leg straighteners (left knee very sore). 2 sets of 20x calf raises, better than Monday.

Deeside Night Cup - dreadful run, missed 3 mins at 3 (too far off track and ran 8-13-14 before realising and lost another 3 mins. Nearly gave up but realised 9 was close by so continued.

Glen Tanar, 2 bridges loop, 5x4+2. Feeling slow on first but kept going and a bit better by end, but some wheezing problems.
