With Sarah, Tower O'Ess, up to Fungle, right onto moor, over to fire reservoir at end of Tuesday intervals and then back along south Glen Tanar track. Feeling OK except for buttocks which are feeling yesterday's session!!!! Waded River Tanar to get to car and took the chance of sitting down for a few minutes - very refreshing and seemed to work well for leg muscles.... maybe all sessions should end up in a river to chill muscles and reduce damage?

Gym - knee bends with weights, legs extension on machine, sit-ups and back extensions. All in the name of strengthening knees and core to help running..... time will tell if it works or not.

Glen Tanar 2 bridges loop with Sarah and Ewan, two pushes to test legs - working OK, but quickly tired.

short, slow, painful run round Hill of Banchory before Pilates. Was spotted by instructor and asked "are you tired?".....

Matwork, mostly OK, except when toes required to curl - right big toe took a hell of a pounding and is even stiffer and more sensitive than normal.
