Tower o'Ess up to Guard, tirned left across moor, left again and down to ford, up hill in reverse of Tuesday interval loop, across 2 bridges, back to start of intervals and back along south Glen Tanar track with a couple of short diversions up hills to add a few minutes on. Left knee felt slightly awkward but not too bad, right knee complaining a bit. Both better uphills esp at end of run rather than downhill.
