With Ewan to white start, then jog to my start. felt dreadful, left knee very painful and feeling weak, legs tired and lethargic. Not in good state of mind at start - thinking about jacking rather than attacking course!

SOL Culbin, short Brown course, felt terrible physically and not clued in to O at start. Wobbled badly at 1 & 2, lost time at 4 & 6 then a few more wobbles. best bit was last 8-10 controls - just ran straight as hard as possible and picked off big features. Finished 4th, only 3 mins down - amazing it was so little, given I missed at least that amount!
Moral of this weekend - don't do 3 races in 40 hours - body can't cope with it.
