With Sarah along west end of Gordon Way from Suie Hill to east - and back. Superb day, cool air but hot sun, felt a bit like a Feb/March training camp in Spain or Portugal! Fantastic underfoot- soft but dry track. Must do the whole route sometime.

12x30secs+30secs with Sarah on track in Dess Wood. Felt powerful and aiming for good knee lift and fast cadence. Left buttock/hip achey afterwards.

Aboyne to Ballater with Sarah and Ewan. Ewan's longest cycle, not too much whingeing! Decent lunch at Ballater and back again - with a tail wind and downhill.

Trot round Ardnaskie checking map amendments. Short light shower at start then nice pleasant evening.

Cowshit alley loop, largely in forest rather than paths. Feeling pretty good - a week off running has done me wonders for energy and bounce! Now back to reality (and hopefully good health).
