Run from Ballater up towards Mount Keen, left at high point and back via Pannanich, dropping down to mast and hill race route down - a bit steep in road shoes....
Intervals were 14x1+1 up long track. Could have added a couple more - next time!

Decent warm up - from centre of Ballater to leaving woods up Mount Keen track, long after - along track towards Pannanich and across heather into woods, down past mast. Bloody electric fence - too close to old deer fence and I got zapped, must take some wire cutters next time I do this run and remove large sections.
With Sarah, parking below Coresdarder and into woods to south of road, down towards Finzean, then west and over tough heathery semi-open (superb mature Pine forest), back to north side of hill, through fields in forest. Feeling pretty grotty, legs heavy and struggling for energy by end. Guess I'm still not fully over cold. possibly legs and arms also tired from DIY on Wednesday.
