A real run for the first time in over a week. Along railway line to Aboyne Loch, up Mortlich and back over Low Hill and direct to Iain's track. Feeling heavy legged and struggled up hills but quite enjoyable.

With Sarah following Ewan on his bike round Crathes. CA 35 brisk walking and jogging - he's getting faster!

Steady run at Newcastle, round road loop, finding best way to town for eating! very tired.
