About to go on holiday for 2 weeks, so unlikely to update AP for a while.

Home to Mortlich, out along railway line to Aboyne Loch, up path and straight through wood to old mill - site partly cleared now - maybe they will rebuild it eventually. Back via high path and marsh Little Hill. Back before heavy showers. Feeling pretty good- trying to run relaxed and easy pace without just jogging.
