With Sarah, lap of Balnagowan. Zapped by electric fence in a farmyard - opened gate and walked into a head high strand - not so much fun.... Feeling generally tired and unenthusiastic.

Monday Jun 1, 2009 #

steady run warm up/down 20:00 [3]

To and from pilates - legs not good on descent to activity park. New method of carrying ball - a net sack with shoulder straps - fishing net courtesy of Genevieve.

Pilates 1:00:00 [1]

Good session - first for a while as Emma has had a bad back/hip from sciatic pain. felt good, but I think we had a gentle introduction!

Note

walk with Ewan and Sarah from Corsedarder stone to Toms Cairn, very hot and sunny. Long time - slow progress. Saw loads of skylarks and a red kite.

quads still tight and stiff
