Boghead to Dinnet (usual start point) and back.

Intervals intervals 12:00 [5]

4x2+1 then 4 x 1+1. Much quicker min return - downhill, warmed up and shorter intervals :-)
Felt pretty sluggish at start, but first intervals for a long while so I'll take it.
