lots of work on pilates ring - tough work on glues and abs and shoulders.

steady run 35:00 [3]

Academy run club - pretty miserable day but almost dry during this run. Only 4 kids with 3 adults! Still those who came are keen (3 girls 1 boy). Out to castle - through to Golf road and back via Low Road, green and Boat Inn. struggling a bit - aching from pilates!
