Not a good start to the New Year, decked it at first control. Cut and badly bruised leg (lucky not to do more serious damage), shins first into a tree!
A bit slow after but got back into my stride then started to run to 9 instead of 6 at the butterfly. Some good route choices most of which I appeared to get wrong.
