Slippy, muddy and grotty.
A poor performance (surprised to have finished as high).
Didn't read the description at 4 and was looking for a control in a re-entrant rather than a spur! (2 mins).
Didn't see the path through the OOB to 19. (1 min).
Several other errors.

Wet and messy venue.
Generally a steady run but lost my place a couple of times and took poor routes on a few. A pity as a better performance would have seen RR qualify for the final. (Missed out by 3 points)

Map upside down out of the start and ran well past Control 1 before realising.
30 sec lost. Caught in the roadworks but leg removed afterwards.
Needed studded shoes but didn't bring any. 30s down on Keith so still in with ashout in the 2nd race.

Went out hard (too hard) had 20sec back by control 4. Missed control 5 on a boulder in amongst vegetation and crags by 1 minute. Didn't see the way out of 6 as line not cut at gate and looked the same colour to me. Totally lost the place here and ran round in circles here loosing a further 1 min 30 sec.
Ok to the finish but my worst performance in a long time.
