Didn't run again still feeling a bit rough. I will take a few days off and try to recover (should help the knee, which is still a bit sore).

Note

Sick all night on Saturday night (dodgy food somewhere on saturday - can't remember last time I was sick). Just took the map and ran a few controls on Sunday to see what it was like but shouldn't have been out. Very de-hydrated, went back to the car and slept.
